The Easter Basket Initiative is a service project by Olivet Missionary Baptist Church aimed at uplifting our community and offering leadership opportunities for youth.
The program focuses on assembling and distributing Easter baskets filled with thoughtful treats and essentials for sick and shut-in members of the congregation. Items may include handmade cards, comforting snacks, personal care products, and festive decorations to bring joy to those feeling isolated during the holiday.
Look for the decorated collection baskets around the church. We are accepting individually wrapped snacks, small devotionals, and encouragement cards.
All youth volunteers should report to the church to prepare and pray over the baskets.
